3. Order Placement & Confirmation

All orders placed on JanjuaLineage are subject to manual confirmation by our team.

Once you place an order:

  • We will contact you via call, WhatsApp, or SMS to confirm it
  • You may cancel the order only during the confirmation process
  • Once confirmed, the order is processed for shipment and cannot be cancelled

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per address

In case of any pricing error, JanjuaLineage has the right to cancel the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

JanjuaLineage is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

Our Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases:

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged or defective
  • Exchanges are only applicable if the wrong product is delivered
  • Some Clean Images are mandatory for any claim
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery

No claims will be entertained without proper evidence.

7. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide correct shipping details
  • Be available for order confirmation
  • Record an unboxing video when opening the package

Incorrect details or failure to cooperate may result in order cancellation or delivery issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

JanjuaLineage shall not be held responsible for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Losses due to misuse of the product

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law
