Order Confirmation
After you place an order, our team will contact you via call, WhatsApp, or SMS to confirm your order. This step ensures accuracy, prevents errors, and allows you to make any last-minute changes.
When Can You Cancel?
You may request a cancellation only at the time of order confirmation.
If you decide not to proceed:
- You must inform our team immediately during the confirmation call/message
- Your order will be cancelled without any issue
After Confirmation
Once your order has been confirmed:
- The order is sent for packing and dispatch
- Cancellations are no longer accepted
- We do not cancel orders after confirmation under any circumstances
