At JanjuaLineage, every product is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

To keep things transparent and fair for both our customers and our brand, please read our Refund & Exchange Policy below.

Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund only if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue.

A refund will be approved only when:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a visible defect or functional issue
  • The product is faulty due to a manufacturing error

Refund Conditions

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • Some clear images are required as proof
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Once approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, exchange of product or store credit (as applicable) within 5–10 working days.

Exchange Policy

An exchange is only possible if the product you received is not the same as what you ordered.

For example:

  • You ordered Product A but received Product B
  • The wrong size, color, or design was sent.

Exchange Conditions

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Some Clear Images are required
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the correct item.

Important Notes

  • No refunds or exchanges for:
    • Change of mind
    • Liking or disliking the product
    • Size or style preferences
    • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Claims without any legitimate reason will not be accepted.
